**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a total commitment to success each day.

**Schedule**
Our team works a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 45-minute lunch break. We do not require late nights or weekend work.
**Requirements**
- Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life and Health license (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- People-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive in providing exceptional customer service
- Able to learn and adapt to new computer functions
- Pride in delivering accurate and timely work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask
- Selected candidate must remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
