Key Responsibilities- Donation Processing: Receive and process donations in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that all donated items are properly stored and accessible to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced donation center environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Basic Math Skills: Accurately process donations and sales transactions, maintaining accurate records and reports as needed.
- Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Objects: Safely lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture and boxes, to and from the donation center.
