We are in search of a Reception Coordinator to support our operations. As an integral member of our organization, you will facilitate a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients by greeting them, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining comprehensive records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally welcoming clients with a friendly demeanor
  • Managing client inquiries in person, via phone, and through electronic communication
  • Coordinating appointment schedules and collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of client records and information updates
  • Assisting with insurance verification and authorization processes
  • Processing payments and co-payments
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and organized
  • Providing support for various administrative tasks
