We are in search of a Reception Coordinator to support our operations. As an integral member of our organization, you will facilitate a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients by greeting them, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining comprehensive records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally welcoming clients with a friendly demeanor
- Managing client inquiries in person, via phone, and through electronic communication
- Coordinating appointment schedules and collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of client records and information updates
- Assisting with insurance verification and authorization processes
- Processing payments and co-payments
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized
- Providing support for various administrative tasks
