Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, conduct facility tours, and manage phone and email communications
- Effectively represent the Performance Optimal Health brand
- Handle administrative duties and maintain accurate client records
- Ensure adherence to regulations and uphold a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding client experience
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Work across departments and undertake additional responsibilities as needed
