  • Effectively represent the Performance Optimal Health brand
  • Handle administrative duties and maintain accurate client records
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and uphold a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding client experience
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work across departments and undertake additional responsibilities as needed
