Your Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the PeriOperative Services team, acting as a key communication hub and departmental liaison concerning Main OR operations and activities. Key responsibilities include: managing basic reception duties, handling phone inquiries, typing, filing, and facilitating surgery scheduling by coordinating with clinical staff and vendors, as well as securing necessary patient and financial clearances. The position also entails maintaining daily staff schedules, organizing meetings and events, generating reports, and tracking OR patient records and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
