The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and collaborative, assisting in the recruitment of new talent while also focusing on the retention of current employees. As a Minority-owned Staffing Agency with over 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screening, recruitment, and interviews for prospective candidates.
  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates.
  • Familiarize yourself with and utilize applicant tracking systems.
  • This position requires working in the office; remote work is not available.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with outbound and inbound calls is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable with phone communication.
  • Ability to establish rapport with candidates.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and persistent.
  • Proficient with computers.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Compensation: Hourly wage plus commission.
