We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medicare Member Enrollment Representative to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our Member Enrollment Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely enrollment of Medicare members into our health plan.
Key Responsibilities- Enroll and bill Medicare members, including entering information into our health plan's enrollment systems and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage outgoing and incoming extracts, including ID cards for Medicare members, to ensure accurate data is sent.
- Assist with commercial and MassHealth enrollment-related tasks, as needed, to ensure a seamless experience for our members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients, including IT, Customer Services, Sales, Claims, Product, and Finance teams.
- Assist with monthly reconciliation, special projects, and researching discrepancy reports.
- Help implement paperless processes and other general administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of related health plan experience, or 1-3 years in a customer service environment.
- Enrollment experience with a Medicare Advantage product is highly preferred.
- Excel/reporting background and college degree preferred.
