About the Role

The Culinary Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the food service team at KeyBank Center, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, maintain high-quality food standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of food service professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Culinary Excellence: Ensure that all food preparation and production meet the highest quality standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage food inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Partner with team members and restaurant managers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, lead in a fast-paced environment, and make sound decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Attentive and detail-oriented, with basic math skills and ability to understand and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
  • Physical Demands: Manual dexterity to chop, mix, blend, whip, etc. a variety of foods and liquids, ability to lift and carry large pans weighing up to 50 lbs, and standing and walking for the entire length of the shift.
