Client Onboarding Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Client Onboarding Coordinator at Advantage Home Care. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $62,000 - $67,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
The Client Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for developing positive relationships with clients, staff members, and community resources affiliated with home care services. They will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with branch and corporate staff, and work closely with the service coordinator to ensure staffing needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and client medical records.
- Coordinate the start or continuation of care for new and existing clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff members, and community resources.
- Work collaboratively with the service coordinator to meet branch staffing needs.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of protected health information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years of office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift and carry 15-20 lbs.
- A background free of disqualifying convictions to be employed by a healthcare company.
