LPN-LTC Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a member of our long-term care unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
