Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a post-acute setting. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your knowledge of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift basis
  • Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing

Requirements:

  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
  • Specialty bed operation experience
