Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Brain Health Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients.
About the UnitThe Brain Health Unit is a 40-bed unit that provides specialized care to patients with medical and psych diagnoses. Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment that promotes healing and recovery. As an LPN on this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assist with medication management and rehabilitation services as needed.
- Engage patients in group activities and one-on-one exercises to promote physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
