Job Description

The Administrative Assistant serves as a vital link between our department and the university community. This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel files, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Process travel arrangements, conference registrations, and hotel reservations
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and seminars for faculty and staff
  • Review and update departmental policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of full-time experience in clerical or administrative support preferred
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance.
