We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading our global talent acquisition strategy, programs, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company's values and culture.
- Lead a global team of skilled talent acquisition professionals and provide direction on global initiatives.
- Work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to create and manage a unique Waters employee experience.
- Manage and optimize recruitment efforts and processes for internship, early career, experienced, and executive positions on a global basis.
- Drive operations, data analytics, technology, tools, platforms, and processes that help streamline global TA efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or Business Administration.
- At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 5+ years leading Global Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experience working in a multinational company, ideally with international exposure.
- Experience with all levels of recruitment, from internship through executive placement.
- Models diversity and inclusion awareness.
- Proven change agent.
- Creative and resourceful.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
