Cosmetology Curriculum Development Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Education Curriculum Developer to join our team at Ogle School Management LLC. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality educational content that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Design and Development: Create engaging learning materials, including theoretical and practical components, to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Standards and Compliance: Ensure all curricula meet accreditation, state board licensing, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Training and Support: Collaborate with educators to implement new curriculum materials effectively and provide support for instructional strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in cosmetology education or a related field.
  • Current cosmetology-related license or equivalent industry certification.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in cosmetology education, curriculum development, or instructional design.
