Soliant is seeking a skilled Remote Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. With this position, you will have the flexibility to work on a variety of cases and contribute to personalized therapy plans.

About the Job

This role requires at least 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. As a remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy services, conducting detailed assessments and evaluations, and engaging in IEP meetings to contribute to planning and goal-setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Pre-Comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy Services: Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students, utilizing your expertise to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct Detailed Assessments and Evaluations: Evaluate students' speech and language abilities to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Engage in IEP Meetings: Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans that meet students' unique needs.
  • Create and Execute Personalized Therapy Plans: Develop tailored therapy plans that address students' specific goals and objectives, ensuring maximum progress and success.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP): Hold current certification as a speech-language pathologist from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Necessary State Educational Certifications: Possess necessary state educational certifications to practice as a speech-language pathologist.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include the flexibility of remote work, a diverse and engaging caseload, and competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
