Job OverviewThe Administrative Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Regularly assess business goals to track progress and maintain focus.
- Assist colleagues in realigning their efforts to meet targets.
- Identify areas with excessive administrative burdens and provide necessary assistance.
- Develop strategies for underperforming team members and present these to management.
- Spot skill deficiencies in team members and recommend appropriate training opportunities.
Organizational Support Duties:
- Encourage a positive work environment by reinforcing goal-oriented behaviors.
- Act as a liaison between the team and leadership to foster harmonious relationships.
- Report significant employee interactions that impact business objectives to management.
- Assist in the documentation and updating of operational procedures.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery for clients and internal processes.
- Oversee adherence to confidentiality and communication protocols.
- Support leadership with daily administrative responsibilities.

This position offers a pathway to advance to an Executive Management role within a year and a half.
Additional Information and Benefits:
