Job Overview

The Administrative Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

  • Regularly assess business goals to track progress and maintain focus.
  • Assist colleagues in realigning their efforts to meet targets.
  • Identify areas with excessive administrative burdens and provide necessary assistance.
  • Develop strategies for underperforming team members and present these to management.
  • Spot skill deficiencies in team members and recommend appropriate training opportunities.

Organizational Support Duties:

  • Encourage a positive work environment by reinforcing goal-oriented behaviors.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and leadership to foster harmonious relationships.
  • Report significant employee interactions that impact business objectives to management.
  • Assist in the documentation and updating of operational procedures.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery for clients and internal processes.
  • Oversee adherence to confidentiality and communication protocols.
  • Support leadership with daily administrative responsibilities.
  • Prepare weekly reports on business objectives for both the team and management.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing calendars for leadership.

  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Possess a Life, Health, and Variable Annuity License 2-15.

This position offers a pathway to advance to an Executive Management role within a year and a half.
