About the Role

BHI Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead our project team on the Vogtle 3 & 4 project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of foremen and field personnel to ensure the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of project team members, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scope of work, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Responsible for enforcing and promoting high-quality and safety standards on job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communicate, schedule, and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the job is completed on time and exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' construction experience, with 3+ years in a Superintendent/Leadership capacity, preferably on new construction projects.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision, highly motivated and able to quickly learn and understand various processes.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong experience in leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check.
