Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Returns Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing customer returns, liaising with sales channels, and ensuring that all issues are resolved effectively. Additionally, you will assist customers in our showroom, providing support for their orders and shopping experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges in a professional manner, adhering to company policies.
- Accurately count and enter item label information into our inventory management system.
- Track product movement through our inventory system.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their return inquiries.
- Provide essential support to both operations and customer service teams.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service abilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour
