Job Summary

Caresoft Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Analyst to support our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter radio information into the network to activate radios.
  • Maintain accurate records of user information.
  • Perform defined tasks according to client processes.
  • Resolve user issues by answering questions and requests.
  • Respond to incoming calls and email inquiries regarding system-related problems.
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
  • Monitor system alarms and engage with technical maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Contribute to team efforts.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly via telephone and email.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

An associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in system support or a similar technical support role. Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to pass a background check.
