Job Title: IT Site Support Analyst

Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a highly skilled IT Site Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end-user experiences and providing optimal lifecycle support for our endpoint technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating, tracking, and resolving IT trouble tickets (Level I/II)
  • Windows Desktop support
  • Active Directory Level I/II support (Access Controls, Group Membership, Security)
  • Microsoft Exchange Level I/II support (add, manage, remove mail users)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 support including Microsoft Teams calling
  • File & Print Server support/troubleshooting
  • Software repository management and deployment (Windows Deployment Services)
  • Hardware deployment of computers, printers, etc.
  • General workstation troubleshooting
  • Third-party application support
  • Maintain a register of IT assets
  • Develop, maintain, and organize system administrator technical documentation
  • Manage site network cabling/patching
  • Participate in IT Projects
  • Deliver end-user technical training where required
  • Provide absence cover for other site-based IT team members
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree (MIS or Computer Science preferred) or equivalent business experience and minimum three years' experience in an Information Technology setting
  • A+ and/or Net+ certification preferred
  • ITIL/HDI certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and achieve stated goals
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-reliance, and proactive behavior
  • Strong customer service focus and service orientation with business users at all levels
  • Thorough follow-up and escalation as required on all business issues is essential
  • Strong analytical, and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • Ability to learn new concepts, hardware, and technologies quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and manage multiple activities
  • Strong organizational skills to structure and manage tasks from initiation to completion
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including availability outside of normal working hours
