Job Summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sr. Project Manager to lead our Power & Manufacturing - Electric Substation Team in Reading, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric transmission and substation projects, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop and implement project plans, proposals, and closeout documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier solutions for electric transmission and substation projects.
  • Lead project accounting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills, exercising discretion, and making independent judgments to drive project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering.
  • PE or equivalent professional license preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 8 years in electric transmission and substation projects.
  • Experience preparing proposals, project plans, and closeout documents.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and understanding contract requirements.
  • Ability to track and oversee multiple projects, with experience in Microsoft Office suite and Deltek Vision preferred.

CHA Consulting, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $131,000 - $168,000, based on qualifications, experience, and industry standards. We also offer a flexible hybrid schedule, with the option to work from home, and a comprehensive benefits package.
