What We Seek:

  • Skill in providing expert recommendations that drive product sales, service upgrades, and membership sign-ups.

  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Opportunity to work closely with our Chief Style Boss (Educator) to master Blo's 7 signature styles and more through our paid training program.
  • Active participation in regular training and skill development sessions.

Requirements:
  • A current cosmetology license for the state.
  • Willingness to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum, with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and flexibility during peak hours.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry, with a desire to enhance client experiences.
  • Previous salon experience is an asset.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour
