What We're Looking for in a Candidate:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences, and deliver exceptional customer service to drive product sales, service upgrades, and membership sign-ups.
- Collaborate well with team members in a fun, professional work environment, with a focus on teamwork and camaraderie.
- Understand the importance of maintaining a squeaky-clean work environment, with a commitment to upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Actively participate in regular training and skill-development sessions, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with reliability and self-motivation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
- An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday).
