Lowboy Driver

Ruston Paving Co, Inc. is seeking a skilled Lowboy Driver to join our team. As a key member of our paving construction crew, you will be responsible for safely transporting heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a lowboy truck to transport heavy equipment and materials
- Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
- Maintain accurate records of truck logs and time recordings
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or CDL A Restricted)
- USDOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience transporting heavy construction equipment and/or materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $32.00 per hour
- Double time pay for weekend work
- Per diem pay for out-of-town overnight stays
