Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Schedule Coordinator. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge in Primavera P6 and the construction or natural gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Facilitate weekly updates and implement any necessary logic adjustments.
  • Distribute updated schedules to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Review initial estimate schedules with senior management and estimators before proposal submission.
  • Assist Superintendents and Project Managers in establishing the critical path baseline construction schedule.
  • Incorporate major subcontractor schedules into the baseline and ensure timely updates.
  • Analyze issues that arise during schedule updates.
  • Maintain a project progress tracking spreadsheet as needed, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure schedules are resource-loaded according to internal and contractual requirements.
  • Provide weekly schedule updates or as dictated by contract obligations.
  • Generate reports in line with company standards and contractual requirements.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent file naming structure as per company guidelines.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
