Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Management Intern to join our team of experts. As a key member of our team, you will assist Superintendents with various tasks, including creating schedules, communicating with subcontractors, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Superintendents with project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and other project-related documents
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project requirements
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy loads
