Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Brook & Whittle Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function, providing strategic guidance and support to our management team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best possible candidates are hired for our organization.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity, harassment, and workers' compensation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR-related activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least three to five years of experience in HR management, preferably in a plant operations or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity, harassment, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications.
