Catering Server

The Catering Server plays a crucial role in ensuring positive guest interactions by providing friendly and efficient service. This position is vital in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Catering Servers are expected to be attentive to guests' needs, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Adhere to Legends Service Standards, including:
    • Greet guests promptly upon their arrival.
    • Take beverage orders swiftly.
    • Accurately process orders through the Point of Sales system.
    • Serve beverages in a timely manner.
    • Recommend menu items and take food orders.
    • Ensure timely delivery of food orders.
    • Conduct follow-up checks on guest satisfaction.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
    • Check back for additional drink orders.
    • Present bills and process payments efficiently.
  • Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side work tasks.
  • Possess knowledge of food and beverage offerings in the designated area.
  • Comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines as mandated by laws and company policies.
  • Follow all Legends Uniform and Grooming standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to uphold service standards.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Capability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Must obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
  • Exhibit outstanding guest service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, including reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English for effective communication.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment is preferred.
  • Availability for all scheduled events is required.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to safety policies and training.
