Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Nature's Path. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key accounts in the Florida territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth and revenue targets in the Florida territory.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including Publix and other Southeast conventional grocery customers.
  • Trade Spend Management: Manage trade spend and forecasting using spend management systems to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal trade spend allocation.
  • Broker and Distributor Management: Lead the strategic priorities for our broker support businesses, including budget, trade, and promotional activity.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree: Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline, such as Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in sales in the conventional grocery trade or equivalent experience.
  • Account Management: Proven track record in account management, with a focus on Publix and other Southeast conventional customers.
  • Trade Spend Management: Experience in trade spend management, including forecasting and spend management systems.
  • Broker and Distributor Management: Experience in managing brokers and distributors, including strategic priorities and performance measurement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools: Working knowledge of data analysis tools, such as SPINS, IRI, and Nielsen.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in a retail environment, with a focus on sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
