- Broker and Distributor Management: Lead the strategic priorities for our broker support businesses, including budget, trade, and promotional activity.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree: Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline, such as Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in sales in the conventional grocery trade or equivalent experience.
- Account Management: Proven track record in account management, with a focus on Publix and other Southeast conventional customers.
- Trade Spend Management: Experience in trade spend management, including forecasting and spend management systems.
- Broker and Distributor Management: Experience in managing brokers and distributors, including strategic priorities and performance measurement.
- Working Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools: Working knowledge of data analysis tools, such as SPINS, IRI, and Nielsen.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in a retail environment, with a focus on sales growth and revenue targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
