Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and customer satisfaction for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of quality care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes

• Supervise and provide guidance to our team of caregivers to ensure exceptional client care

• Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions to ensure seamless service delivery

• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients to ensure ongoing business growth and development

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field of study (per regulatory requirements)

• Proven experience in customer service, management, or supervisory roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral partners

• Ability to work independently with good judgment and prioritize tasks effectively
