Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing quality care, and overseeing employee performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality care and client satisfaction
  • Supervise and guide Caregivers to provide individualized care
  • Manage employee scheduling and implement proactive solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
