- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HACCP controls, food safety, and sanitation principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 pounds.
