In the role of Site Operations Coordinator at VanKirk Electric, you will oversee the receipt and organization of jobsite materials while managing various administrative responsibilities to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Management:

  • Ensure systematic organization of jobsite inventory and documentation for effective material oversight.
  • Supply photographic evidence to Operations Management for production assessment.
  • Keep Analyst Management informed about work completion for labor and material cost evaluations.

Operational Duties:

  • Receive, catalog, and secure incoming materials, verifying that deliveries correspond with vendor orders.
  • Timely provision of necessary documentation to address any delivery discrepancies.
  • Regularly update inventory and track usage of high-value items on the jobsite.
  • Assist in daily reporting of labor and materials.
  • Provide photographic updates reflecting jobsite progress.
  • Support the Superintendent with various administrative functions to promote jobsite efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as warehousing, electrical inventory management, or construction site operations.
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment screening process.
