Position Overview

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role operating Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play an essential role in our outpatient care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to undertake the following tasks:
  • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative clinic consultations and evaluate new patients
  • Provide assistance in the Operating Room during surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with Sports Medicine Surgeons in the management of patient care
  • Engage closely with the Hip Preservation Team
Educational Requirements:

If you are a Nurse Practitioner:

It is essential to possess a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program.

If you are a Physician Assistant:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program is required.

Licensure and Certifications:

Applicants must hold a valid State of Wisconsin NP or PA license.
If you are a Nurse Practitioner*:
  • Possess active RN and APRN certifications and licenses in the state(s) of practice, including prescriptive authority
  • Hold active board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant clinical specialty
If you are a Physician Assistant*:
  • Maintain an active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in the state(s) of practice
  • Have active PA board certification
All candidates for Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant positions must have*: An active DEA license or the ability to apply for such a license prior to employment.

*Candidates must possess an active license or be eligible to obtain active licensure in the state of practice.
