Role Overview
The Member Services Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. This involves handling front desk activities, responding to member inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong passion for fitness and health.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
- Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking prospective members on tours
- Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
