Primary Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team at the Atlanta, GA VA Medical Center. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to our nation's veterans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary medical care to patients with a variety of physical and behavioral health needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient condition
- Order and monitor medications, as well as perform procedures as needed
- Ensure the most cost-effective delivery of care and meet or exceed established care quality standards
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the U.S. or in the District of Columbia
- Must have a degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Competitive salary range: $240,000 - $270,000 per year
- Recruitment/relocation incentive may be authorized for a highly qualified candidate
- Eligibility to apply for student loan repayment through the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP)
