Position Overview:

The Patient Access Representative II plays a crucial role in enhancing departmental efficiency. Responsibilities include scheduling, registration, and managing patient admissions and discharges. This position requires the collection of complete and accurate patient demographic information and the application of compliant patient liability collection techniques throughout the service process.

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory within 30 days of employment. An associate's degree or two years of college is preferred.

Skills: Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to work independently. The role requires the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and respond appropriately to various situations.

Experience: A minimum of one year in customer service is essential.
