Renewals Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Renew and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their continued success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your sales and marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in renewals or growth.
- Strong business acumen, with a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for driving growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- A 'can-do' attitude, with a hunger for success and a drive to overachieve.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
