This role involves performing in-depth biopsychosocial evaluations to assess Functional Capacity Outcomes (FCO) for clients. As a Clinical Evaluator, you will be instrumental in analyzing the physical, psychological, and social elements that influence an individual's daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for assessments by gathering and reviewing relevant documentation.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and follow-up assessments within designated timeframes.
  • Collect and analyze data, identify issues, establish facts, and formulate sound conclusions to support a comprehensive written rationale for review.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings, including contract discussions and team gatherings.
  • Utilize independent clinical judgment to make well-founded assessment decisions.
  • Collaborate with clients to address program requirements and achieve desired results.
  • Adhere to Person First standards, HIPAA regulations, and company confidentiality protocols in all job functions.
  • Handle routine assignments that are straightforward and can be learned through on-the-job training.
  • Communicate essential information clearly and accurately with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Health, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Must possess current and valid licenses and be recognized as a Qualified Health Professional (QHP).
  • QHP status includes licenses such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), and other credentialed professionals as approved.
