Position Overview:

As a vital member of our healthcare team, the RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing resident care and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise resident care activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee the performance of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), including conducting interviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain adherence to Department of Health standards and internal policies.
  • Utilize basic computer skills and MDS proficiency to contribute to care planning processes.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with 2-5 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor nursing staff.
  • Strong understanding of care plan processes and regulatory compliance.
