Schenectady Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work as a Supervisor for the Evening Shift in our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and ensure that care is being delivered in accordance with established standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care or staff performance.
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
