Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of resident care services.
- Resident Care: Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Communication: Provide information to residents, families, and staff by answering questions and requests.
- Environment of Care: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care services.
- Collaboration: Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
- Education: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
