Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise resident care activities, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  • Oversee the performance of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain adherence to company policies and health department regulations.
  • Utilize basic computer skills and MDS proficiency to contribute to the care planning process.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with 2-5 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage nursing staff and coordinate resident care effectively.
  • Strong understanding of care plan processes and regulatory compliance.
