About the Position

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associates to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to individuals with serious mental illness in our Residential Treatment Facility, Supportive Housing settings, and Vocational Training Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to individuals with serious mental illness, including support with daily living activities, medication administration, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health and addiction services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in a residential or supportive housing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record required.
