About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide clinical supervision to our Outpatient Services' staff, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to deliver high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to QMHP and QMHA staff, promoting staff development and resilience
  • Manage clinic activities, including coordination with referring partners, delegating work assignments, and coordinating clinic schedules
  • Apply and capture meaningful metrics to measure the Outpatient Program's progress towards stated goals and report outcomes on a regular basis
  • Perform certain mental health functions, such as consultation and individual and group therapy
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • License by the State of Oregon to practice independently in your field (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)

Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

$7, $8,333.33 per month DOE/Credentials
