Job Description

As a Residential Aide at Leesburg Treatment Services, LLC, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing quality care for patients in a residential addiction recovery environment.

With a strong focus on patient wellbeing, you will provide continuous care, supervision, and interaction, ensuring a safe and positive environment for our patients.

A key member of the treatment team, you will serve as a resource for new patients, introducing them to other patients and teammates, explaining programs, and encouraging participation.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide benefits such as continuing education opportunities, schedule flexibility, and merit-based increases.

To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.
