MaxCare Health & Residential Services is a residential group home offering nursing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs. Our mission is to maintain a safe, happy and healthy living environment for the individuals we service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in collaboration with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Educate patients on medical treatments and update them on their progress towards goals.
  • Document daily services provided and progress made by patients.
  • Work closely with an RN to administer prescribed medications and coordinate services as necessary.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $$45,000 per year, based on experience and location. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
