Residential Care Specialist

We are a leading social service agency in Pennsylvania, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Residential Specialist, you will play a vital role in our IDD Residential Program, working with a team of compassionate professionals to create a safe and nurturing environment for those we serve.
About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also transport individuals to appointments and activities, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation of daily activities using an online system. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and pass a drug screening, physical, and tuberculosis test. Additionally, you should have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Benefits and Perks:
