Job Summary

As a key member of our AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers team, the Retail Parts Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. This role involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing required parts, while also maintaining accurate inventory levels and facilitating efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing parts, while promoting our full product line.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient parts bin and shelf system.
  • Ensure all charge sales are properly documented and signed by customers.
  • Present customers with accurate invoices and ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Assist in monthly parts returns and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and product updates to provide informed support to customers.
  • Determine availability and secure approval for special and/or emergency orders.
  • Assist with maintaining the parts catalog, price schedule, and other technical information.
  • List and price out parts on repair orders and shop tickets.
  • File Parts Department copies of invoices and purchase orders daily.
  • Obtain time requirements from technicians and Service Advisors to ensure customer time frames are met.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Two years of previous parts experience.
  • 10-Key and/or Alpha-Numeric Data Entry Skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Valid Driver's License.
